The Lavender Touch

This year's Gala Theme is "The Lavender Touch"! We wanted a theme that incorporated smell, taste, and touch! In addition, Purple is the color for Domestic Violence Awareness Month (DVAM) which occurs every year in October. The Gala is a formal attire event. 

Here are some ideas on how you can honor The Lavender Touch:

• Wear a fun texture, such as sequins, velvet, or something fuzzy
• Put a lavender sprig in your hair or in your pocket
• Put on some lavender essential oils 
• In addition to any of these, wear purple!
