How do I bid?

Bidding will be online through the Greater Giving platform and will require a mobile device, such as a smartphone or tablet. When you RSVP for the Hope & Justice Gala, you will receive an email with bidding instructions before November 7, 2020. Click here for instructions on how to bid.  ADWAS will provide registration and bidding instructions in ASL before November 7, 2020. 

Will this event be accessible?

All videos will be in ASL with captions and English voice interpretation. There will also be 2 ASL/English interpreters visible on screen. If you have any questions, please contact ADWAS at adwas@adwas.org or VP: (206) 922-7088. 

Where will this event be located?

ADWAS will be hosting this event virtually, through Zoom. When registered, you will receive a Zoom link to join the Hope & Justice Gala by November 7, 2020. 

What version of Zoom do I need?

You will need to have Zoom upgraded to version 5.2.2 or higher. To make sure you have the latest version, or for instructions on how to update, please click here.

Will my camera/microphone be on during the Hope & Justice Gala? 

No. All attendees will be automatically muted with videos off.

Is there a convenience fee for auction purchases?

Yes, all auction items purchased will have a convenience fee of 4.5%.
